Details:

Accessible in 3 minutes by sea and water from Agia Pelagia, Daedalus is a unique diving spot.

A complex of large rocks with canyons and outcrops starts from 2 meters depth. In the shady parts, red and blue sponges grow like abstract paintings from the Impressionist period.

Deeper, beyond 14 meters deep, pebbly bottom hosts small clumps of Posidonia. An otherworldly landscape becomes perceptible with meadows alternating with pebbly seabed and sandy areas.

Continuing, new boulders rise to a depth of 22 meters and a labyrinthine landscape is formed. Roofs and cobbles welcome you from a safe distance. Lionfish lazily move about casually, knowing that no one has the courage to approach and harm them. Sea urchins with large spines have found haven throughout the depths of the reefs, their “eye” watching every visitor who approaches them. Sponges, black and grey, stand their ground in the underwater currents.

The sun’s playfulness with the vertical canyons gives a unique sensation when approaching the exit to the surface vessel. The visibility is very, very good.
